When visionary fragrance brand Vyrao set out to revolutionize the perfume industry by blending scent with emotional wellbeing, they needed a visual identity as bold, intuitive, and transformative as their concept. They turned to Jaime Perlman Studio to bring their brand to life from the ground up — including logo design, packaging, visual identity, and brand imagery.

Product and Packaging Design

Through a spectrum of logo, packaging, digital and campaign design, we constructed a visual language and brand identity that embodies the environmental, aesthetic and spiritual consciousness of Vyrao.

Centred on principles of artisanal craftsmanship, authentic materials and Vyrao’s prioritisation of energetic power, we created a powerful, joyful brand identity characterised by the organic graphic line of the Art Noveau movement and a sharply contemporary palette. The strength and depth of these tones functions as a conscious manifestation of Vyrao’s advocacy for the energetic power of colour.

We worked to create packaging that was both beautiful and ethically produced; settling on boxes crafted from recycled paper. The matte texture of the box is playfully contrasted with the high-gloss embossing and sticker. Using minimal materials to produce minimal waste, we conjured the seductive, luxurious feel of a jewellery box, ensconcing the bottle in its green wrappings like a jewel.

Digital First Brand Experience

We set out to create a 360 digital first online experience which was inspirational, modern and evoking emotion- like the fragrances themselves. Working with AI artists, film directors and social content creators, we created and elevated digital-first experience for the customer.

CGI

We wanted to create a brand campaign for the launch of each fragrance, to feel as modern and innovative as the fragrances themselves. In turn, we commissioned a CGI artist Michael Günther,  who made bold, bright, imaginative works that went viral on social.

Launch Campaign

We commissioned five photographers whose work matched the moods of each scent to collaborate with us in the creation of visuals for our campaign. We created a signifcant body of stills and film that engage with the characteristics of a specific perfume of the five, but equally representative of this multi-faceted range as a whole. Artists include Lea Colombo, Katie Burnett, Luis Alberto Rodriguz, Igor Pjort and Alex Leese.
